• Description and Images: While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and      images of the products, please note that the color, texture, and design may vary slightly due to the handmade process and screen settings.
• Custom Orders: For custom items, we will confirm design details before proceeding with the order. We will work closely with you to ensure the final product meets      your expectations.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in USD and are subject to change  without notice.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal and major credit cards. Payments must be received in full before an item is shipped.
• Taxes and Duties: All applicable taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the listed prices.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Times: We ship all orders via USPS with tracking information. Processing times may vary depending on the item’s availability and customization requirements. Ready-made in-stock items typically ship within 5 business days after the order is placed and paid for. For commissioned or custom items, shipping will be within 5 days after the item is completed and paid for. 
• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method selected.
• International Shipping: CMS Designs Studio does not ship internationally at      this time. 
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Handmade Nature: Due to the unique nature of handmade products, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your      items upon receipt and contact us within 1 day if there is an issue.
• Eligibility for Return: In the event of a damaged item, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
• Non-returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase if the item has not yet been shipped. After this time, cancellations cannot be processed.

7. Privacy and Security

• Security: We take reasonable steps to protect your personal and payment information using encryption and secure payment gateways. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet.
